摘要
利用水热合成法及水热后处理 ,合成MCM -4 8分子筛 ,通过XRD、N2 吸附等方法对产物进行表征 ,考察了模板剂用量的影响及合成的MCM -4 8分子筛的热稳定性和水热稳定性。结果表明 ,可用少量模板剂合成MCM -4 8分子筛 ,水热后处理有利于提高MCM -4 8分子筛的热稳定性和水热稳定性。
Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-48 was prepared hydrothermally with CTAB,NaOH,TEOS as source materials.The synthesized MCM-48 was post-hydrothermal restructured.It was found that lower surfactant concentration led to smaller unit cell.With such a low molar ratio of CTAB/TEOS as 0 156,MCM-48 with BET specific area of 1133 m 2/g and pore size(BJH)around 2 5 nm was prepared.Post-hydrothermal restructuring enhances thermal and hydrothermal stability of MCM-48.The synthesized MCM-48 can be calcined at 900 ℃ in air or heated in boiling water without causing significant structural damage.
