摘要
针对苯与乙烯气相烷基化生产乙苯的反应过程 ,对上海石油化工研究院研究生产的AB 96沸石催化剂用于该反应过程的工艺条件在实验室进行了研究。结果表明 :以ZSM 5沸石为活性组元的AB 96催化剂 ,在反应温度 380~ 430℃、反应压力 1.0~ 1.8MPa、乙烯质量空速 2 .0~ 4.5h-1、苯烯摩尔比 6~ 9的条件下 ,乙烯转化率在 99%以上 ,乙苯选择性可达 93% ;具有良好的反烃化性能 ,当原料苯中混有 13%~ 17%的乙苯、二乙苯、甲苯和二甲苯等对乙烯转化率和乙苯选择性几乎没有影响 ;在原料苯的含水量为 180~ 6 5 0 μg/g时对乙烯的转化率和乙苯的选择性无明显影响 ,具有较强的抗水能力 ;其活性稳定性较好。是一种良好的分子筛催化剂。
The operating conditions of vapor phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene over zeolite catalyst AB 96 were investigated in the laboratory. The ethylene conversion and ethyl benzene selectivity were more than 99% and 93% respectively at a temperature range of 380-430 ℃, a pressure range of 1.0-1.8 MPa, an ethylene WHSV range of 2.0-4.5 h -1 and a benzene to ethylene molar ratio range of 6-9. The catalyst exhibited good trans alkylation performance, the ethylene conversion and ethyl benzene selectivity were not influenced by the impurities, such as ethyl benzene, diethyl benzene, toluene and xylenes, as high as 13%-17%. It also showed good water resistance, the conversion and selectivity were not obviously affected by 180-650 μg/g water in the feedstock.
