摘要
为进一步提高芳烃装置的生产水平 ,为其改造、扩建、节能降耗提供技术支持 ,采用结构法、原型法与面向对象法相结合的方法建立了芳烃装置分离系统的数学模型 ,开发出面向对象的芳烃分离系统模拟软件。该软件采用新松弛法解算严格的精馏塔模型 ,可用于多股进料、多股侧线采出、多个中间换热器的复杂精馏塔 ,收敛速度快 ,稳定性好。采用改进的新松弛法解算液液萃取模型 ,满足了实际操作的需要。采用齐鲁石化公司芳烃联合装置的设计值考核所建立的数学模型 ,取得了较好的模拟结果。
A mathematical model of the separation system of aromatic hydrocarbon unit was established and an object oriented simulation software for the system was developed. The said software can rapidly calculate the rectification tower model having multi feed inlets, multi side cuts and multi intermediate heat exchangers by using the new flabby method. A modified new flabby method can also calculate the liquid liquid extraction model, which meet the operation requirement. The calculation results showed that the simulation data coincided with the design value and the on line data of the aromatic hydrocarbon unit at Qilu Petrochemical Company.
