On Implementing Golden Petrochemical Project to Enhance Petrochemical Industry

提出了实施以石油化工生产、管理与流通信息系统为核心 ,虚拟化生产、敏捷性制造为方式 ,智能石化为目标的“金石工程”的初步设想 ,并结合我国石化行业的现状分析中石化集团公司实施“金石工程”的紧迫性与可行性 ,最后提出了一些方法与策略。

A tentative plan of Golden Petrochemical Project is recommended which focuses on upgrading information system of petrochemical production management and circulation,and the project aims at virtual production,agile production and intellectual petrochemical.With analogizing other golden projects and actuality of our petrochemical industry,the urgency and feasibility of SINOPEC executing the project are put forward,and some measures and tactics are also pointed out finally.
