对国外 90年代中期 3套乙烯装置扩能改造进行了详细介绍和典型分析 ,所选的 3套乙烯装置基本符合国内正在进行和将要进行的乙烯改造规模。其经验对国内现有乙烯装置的第二轮改造具有直接的现实参考价值 ,在此基础上还提出了国内乙烯装置扩能改造的建议。

Detailed introduction and case analysis are conducted on the capacity expansion reform of three ethylene plants abroad in the mid 90s last century.The above mentioned three plants agree basically with the domestic scale ethylene plant reform both under way or to be taken up.And its experience possesses a value of direct and practical reference to the second round reform of our domestic current ethylene plants. Based on this account,suggestions are also made for domestic capacity expansion reform of ethylene plants.
