介绍了 WTO《服务贸易总协定》的有关规定 ,分析了目前国内成品油分销领域的现状及主要问题 ,借鉴国外的一些作法 ,分别向政府及石油、石化企业提出了应采取的措施及对策。

The article gives an introduction to the provisions concerning WTO's General Agreement on Service Trade;analyzes the current major problems as well as the status of domestic oil products distribution field.In view of some measures abroad,the article suggests some measures and countermeasures to be taken to the government as well as petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
