乙炔与甲酸甲酯一步加氢酯化合成丙烯酸甲酯

Fixed Bed Synthesis of Methyl Acrylate by Hydroesterification of Acetylene with Methyl Formate

利用固定床反应器考察了乙炔与甲酸甲酯一步加氢酯化合成丙烯酸甲酯的催化剂 ,优化了反应工艺条件。以NiCl2 为前体制备的NiO/Al2 O3催化剂 ,在反应温度 2 2 0℃、反应总压 5 .5～ 6.0MPa、一氧化碳分压 2 .5MPa、GHSV63 0h- 1 、乙炔 /甲酸甲酯摩尔比 1.8～ 2 .0的条件下 ,甲酸甲酯的转化率达 68% ,丙烯酸甲酯选择性为 62 %

WT5BZ]The hydroesterification of acetylene with methyl formate to synthesize methyl acrylate is investigated with a fixed bed reactor.It is more favourable to use NiCl 2 as catalyst precursor.Under the conditions of 220 ℃,a total pressure of 5 5～6 0 MPa,a CO initial pressure of 2 5 MPa,a space velocity of 600～700 h -1 ,and a molar ratio of n(C 2H 2)/n(MF) 1 8～2 0,the methyl acrylate selectivity can reach 68% with a methyl formate conversion of 62%.[
