摘要
以裂解 C+ 10 精馏切割制得的富萘馏分为原料 ,利用正交实验法摸索了最佳的结晶分离工艺条件 ,对回收萘的收率、纯度最佳值做了区间估计 ,并对实验数据进行了多元线性回归 ,得出了收率预测方程。在推荐的工艺条件下经多次实验证明产品萘质量纯度大于 98% ,收率大于 89%。
The optimum conditions of crystallization separation process for recovering naphthalene from naphthale rich fraction from pyrolysis C + 10 were investigated. By regression with experimental data, a recovery rate prediction equation was proposed. The results showed that the purity of of product ≥ 98%, and recovery rate ≥ 89%.
