催化精馏法合成乙二醇乙醚工艺的改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 对已开发的催化精馏法合成乙二醇乙醚的工艺进行了调整 ,改进了催化精馏塔的结构 ,取消了精馏段 ;并以新型改性沸石分子筛为催化剂 ,进行了由环氧乙烷和乙醇用催化精馏法合成乙二醇乙醚的实验室研究 ,考察了不同工艺条件对反应的影响。反应温度为 78℃ ,环氧乙烷进料空速为 0 .4~ 0 .8h-1,乙醇与环氧乙烷进料摩尔比为 ( 1 .5~ 2 .0 )∶ 1 ,塔顶回流量与环氧乙烷进料的体积比为 6∶ 1时 ,环氧乙烷接近完全转化 ,单醚的选择性和收率达 85%以上 ,与固定床及釜式反应相比 ,单醚的选择性和收率分别提高 1 8%~ 2 0 %。 The technological process of catalytic distillation for preparing 2ethoxyethanol was investigated in presence of a novel modified zeolite molecular sieve catalyst developed by us. A new structure of catalytic distillation column was adopted, and a variety of factors in preparation of 2ethoxyethanol were studied. Ethylene oxide was almost converted completely in the condition of reaction temperature 78 ℃, LHSV of ethylene oxide 0.4~0.8 h -1 , molar ratio of ethanol to ethylene oxide (1.5~2.0)∶1, volumn ratio of recycling flow to ehtylene oxide 6∶1, the selectivity and yield of 2thoxyethanol were 85% or more, that increased 18%~20% respectively comparing with fixbed reaction or autclave reaction.
