摘要
对引起炼油厂换热器各种故障的常见原因进行了分析 ,从设备防腐蚀、制造、使用诸方面提出了相应对策 ,并对日常工作中易被忽视的几个问题进行了阐述 。
The common causes of refinery heat exchanger failures were analyzed. The associated countermeasure were suggested in respect of corrosion protection, fabrication and service etc of the equipment and several issues which could be easily neglected were discussed. It was expected that they could serve as the guidelines for trouble free operation.
