摘要
利用光学显微镜及扫描电子显微镜 ,从材料成分、性能及微观组织等方面 ,分析了液化气初分塔塔底重沸器壳体开裂原因 ,确认重沸器壳体开裂是因为碱脆所致。
The causes of cracking of the bottom reboiler shell of LPG primary fractionation tower were analyzed in respect of material composition, performance and micro-structure etc using optic microscope and scanning electronic microscope. The analysis concluded that the cracking of the reboiler shell was caused by caustic embrittlemnt. It was suggested that the complete shell should be annealed or the coatings resistant to high temperature caustic applied to prevent the cracking.
