摘要
本文采用循环流动腐蚀试验装置 ,研究了N80钢在模拟含氧流动介质中的腐蚀行为。分析比较了温度、流速等因素对N80钢腐蚀行为的影响。研究结果表明 :在不同流速下 ,温度对N80钢腐蚀行为的影响也不同。 30℃时 ,随流速提高 ,腐蚀速度加快 ;当温度升到 4 0℃以后 ,随流速提高 ,腐蚀速度反而下降。
This paper studied corrosion behavior of N80 steel in the simulated flow media containing O 2 by using recirculating flow loop.Effects of temperature and flow speed on corrosion behavior of N80 steel were investigated.The results indicated that temperature had different effect on corrosion behavior of N80 steel at different flow speed.
