摘要
研究了不同 pH淋洗液对NaCl胁迫下玉米上部叶片、中部叶片、下部叶片、茎鞘、茎叶和根系全磷含量的影响。结果表明 :随NaCl胁迫的增加 ,玉米不同部位的全磷含量明显增加 ,叶片全磷含量随叶龄增加而降低 ;无盐胁迫和 10 0mmol/LNaCl胁迫时 ,叶片淋洗对全磷含量未产生明显影响 ,但在 150mmol/LNaCl胁迫时 ,淋洗处理的全磷含量降低 ,说明叶片淋洗可降低高盐胁迫下植物体磷的多量积累。
Effect of foliar leaching on total phosphorus contents of upper leaves, middle leaves, lower leaves, sheath and stem, shoot and root of maize (Zea mays L.) under NaCl stress was investigated. The results showed that the total phosphorus content of different parts of maize increased significantly with NaCl stress and the total phosphorus content of leaves decreased with the increasing of leaf age. Foliar leaching had no effect on the total phosphorus content of maize under no and 100 mmol/L NaCl stress and decreased under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress. It is showed that foliar leaching could reduce the excess phosphorus accumulation of maize under high NaCl stress.
