摘要
报道了山东胡枝子属 (LespedezaMichx .) 7种植物花粉的亚显微形态特征 .花粉粒从赤道面观呈近长球形 ,极面观呈三裂圆形 ;具三条萌发沟 ;表面纹饰均为网状 ;花粉粒大小极轴长约为 2 6 .3～ 19.0 μm ,赤道轴宽约为2 1.7～ 8.6 μm .研究结果表明 。
The pollen morphology of 7 species in the genus Lespedeza Michx.from Shandong was examined by light microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The pollen grains of the genus are subproblate in equatorial view,3-labed-runded,and 3-colparate in polar view;the exine scupture is with reticulate,the polar axis of the pollen grains is 19.6～26.3 μm,and the equatorial axis is 8.6～21.7 μm.The results are that the pollen morphology characteristic of Lespedeza Michx.is in support of the genus and species class for classic taxonomic.
