摘要
在群体水培条件下 ,测定了 95个水稻材料抽穗期及成熟期植株的含氮率及干物质积累量 ,并分常规粳稻、常规籼稻、广亲和品种、杂交粳稻、杂交籼稻及两系杂交稻 6种类型 ,研究了供试水稻材料在氮素吸收及利用上的差异 .结果表明 :①籼稻植株的含氮率明显高于粳稻及广亲和品种 ,杂交籼稻的含氮率高于常规籼稻 ,而杂交粳稻的含氮率与常规粳稻无显著差异 .②籼稻植株总吸氮量平均比粳稻高 1 4 .1 % ;与常规籼稻及常规粳稻相比 ,杂交籼稻及杂交粳稻的总吸氮量分别高 2 2 .8%和 1 6.4 % .③植株总吸氮量在器官中的分配比例以根、叶片的变异幅度较大 ,而穗及茎鞘的变异幅度则较小 ;根中氮的分配比例以广亲和品种最高 ,常规籼稻显著高于杂交籼稻 ,而常规粳稻与杂交粳稻间无显著差异 .④从氮的利用效率看 ,粳稻及广亲和品种氮的干物质生产效率高于籼稻 ,而氮的籽粒生产效率低于籼稻 ;氮收获指数以广亲和品种最低 ,其他类型间差异未达显著水平 .
Six types of rice--conventional Japonica (Ⅰ), hybid Japonica (Ⅱ), conventional Indica (Ⅲ), hybrid Indica (Ⅳ), widely\|compatible cultivars (Ⅴ) and two\|line hybrid Indica (Ⅵ), were cultivated in continuously flowing nutrient solution to investigate differences of nitrogen uptake and nitrogen use efficiency between rice types. Results showed that: ① Plant nitrogen content (%) of Indica rice was significantly higher than that of Japonica rice and widely\|compatible rice. ② Total nitrogen uptake (on the average) of Indica rice was 14 1% more than that of Japonica rice. Compared with conventional Indica and Japonica rice, total nitrogen uptake of hybrid Indica and Japonica rice was 22 8% and 16 4% higher. ③ nitrogen use efficiency for plant biomass (NUEp) of Japonica rice was higher than that of Indica rice but nitrogen use efficiency for grain output (NUEg) of Japonica rice was lower than that of Indica rice. ④ Nitrogen harvest index (NHI) was not significantly different among types except that NHI of widely\|compatible cultivars was lower than that of other types.
