斑节对虾白斑综合症暴发流行与水体理化因子的关系 被引量:10

Study on the Relations Between the Explosive Epidemics of Penaeus monodon White Spot Syndrome and the Seawater Physical and Chemical Factors

摘要 用海水化学分析方法每天检测 5口斑节对虾 ( Penaeus monodon)养成池两茬共 90余天 9项水质指标 ,结果表明它们的变化范围是 :温度 14.7~ 31.8℃、盐度 13.6~ 30 .6、溶解氧 2 .3~ 9.8mg/ L、p H7.3~ 9.5、硫化物 ( S2 -) 0~ 0 .13mg/ L、磷酸盐 ( PO4 3-- P) 0~ 2 .33mg/ L、硝酸氮 ( NO3--N) 0~ 1.33mg/ L、亚硝酸氮 ( NO2 -- N) 0~ 0 .2 8mg/ L、氨态氮 ( NH4 +- N+NH3- N) 0~ 0 .66mg/ L ,皆在斑节对虾该项指标的耐受范围内 ,且无论这些因子含量如何变化 ,5口虾池两茬对虾养殖 55d后皆因患 WSS而死亡 ,表明在所检测的虾池这些水质因子并非 With seawater chemical analysis technique, the nine seawater physical and chemical factors from the five shrimp culture ponds of Penaeus monodon were examined each day for about 90 days in 1998. The ranges of the factors were as follows: seawater temperature 14.7~31.8 ℃, salinity 13.6~30.8, dissolved oxygen 2.3~9.8 mg/L, pH7.3~9.5, sulfide(S 2- )0~0.13 mg/L, phosphate P(PO 4 3- P)0~2.33 mg/L, nitrate N(NO 3 - N)0~1.3 mg/L, nitrite N(NO 2 - N)0~0.28 mg/L, ammonia N(NH 4 + N+NH 3 N)0~0.66 mg/L, which were all within the P. monodon tolerance ranges towards these factors. Although the nine water quality factors changed in some way, the shrimps in the five culture ponds all suffered from white spot syndrome after cultured for 55 days. This indicated that the seawater physical and chemical factors were not indicators of the WSS explosive epidemics in the detected ponds.
