摘要
研究了在 0 .0 1mol·L- 1硫酸介质中 ,痕量V(Ⅴ )催化溴酸钾氧化酸性络蓝K的褪色反应 ,建立了一种高灵敏度测定痕量V(Ⅴ )的新方法。方法的线性范围为 4~ 2 0ng·ml- 1,检出限为 1 0×10 - 9g·ml- 1。方法用于各种水样中痕量钒的测定 ,并进行回收试验 。
A catalytic kinetic method for the determination of trace amounts of V(Ⅴ), based on its catalytic effect on the redox reaction between KBrO 3 and acid chrome blue K (ACBK) in a dilute H 2SO 4 medium is reported in this paper. Linear relationship is found between Δ A and concentrations of vanadium in the range of 0.004~0 020μg of V(Ⅴ) per mililiter of solution. The limit of detection of this method is found to be 1.0ng·ml -1 . The proposed method has been used satisfactorily in the determination of V(Ⅴ) in water.
