研究了在 pH 4 .5的乙酸 乙酸钠缓冲介质中 ,在氨三乙酸存在下 ,痕量Mn2 +对高碘酸钾氧化次甲基蓝褪色的强烈催化作用 ,建立了测定金属镁中痕量锰的适宜条件。经过对金属镁样品多次分析 ,相对标准偏差≤ 10 % ,回收率在 93%~ 10 7%
In an acetate buffer of pH 4.5 and in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid, strong catalytic action of trace amounts of manganese(Ⅱ) on the oxidation decoloration reaction of methylene blue by potassium periodate is observed. Optimum condition of this decoloration reaction is studied and based on these facts a satisfactory method for the determination of trace amounts of manganese in pure magnesium metal is proposed. The RSD′s of this method is found to be ≤10% and the recoveries are found in the range of 93%~107%.
