乳浊液进样-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定润滑油中锌铅 被引量:10

摘要 将样品的苯溶液用乳化剂OP乳化成乳浊液 ,取适量样品乳浊液配制成试液 ,喷入火焰 ,以氯化石蜡乳浊液作参比 ,用标准加入法测定。建立了测定润滑油中锌和铅的FAAS方法。对乳化剂的选择、背景吸收干扰、参比溶液的配制及检出限进行了考察。测定结果与灰化法 火焰原子吸收光谱法一致 ,相对误差小于± 3.0 %。方法简便、快速、准确。在火焰原子吸收光谱法中 。 A benzene solution of the lubrication oil is emulsified with OP. The emulsified sample solution is directly introduced into the atomizer, and its zinc and lead contents are determined by FAAS, using paraffin chloride emulsion as reference. Optimum conditions for the determination, including the choice of emulsifier, background interference, and preparation of reference solution, are studied thoroughly. The limit of detection found for zinc is 0 015mg·L -1 and for lead is 0.19mg·L -1 . RSD′s found for both elements are less than 3.0%. The results obtained by the emulsion sampling method agree very well with those by the ashing method, and show the feature of conveniency, rapidity and accuracy. It is further proved that the emulsion sampling technique is a more profitable way to be used instead of the ashing method in atomic absorption spectrometry.
