摘要
将双波长K系数吸光光度法与多波长线性回归吸光光度法相结合 ,提出了一种同时测定三组分的方法 ,即K系数 多波长线性回归吸光光度法。采用OP 5 Br PADAP为显色体系 ,控制溶液 pH值为 5.7,利用此方法对人发中铜、铁、锌同时测定 ,结果满意。相对标准偏差为 0 .59%~ 4 .95% ,加标回收率在 95.0 %~ 10 5.0 %之间。方法具有简便。
A new multiwavelength absorptiophotometric method by the combined use of K -coefficient and linear regression is described and it is applied to the simultaneous determination of copper, iron and zinc in human hair with satisfactory results. The color reagent 5-Br-PADAP in the presence of the non-ionic surfactant OP is used in the color reaction of the above mentioned metal ions. The RSD′s ( n =8) found for zinc, copper and iron are 0.59%, 4.95% and 1.25% respectively. Recovery tests are made by the standard addition method and the average results ( n =8) obtained are 95.0% (for Zn 2+ ), 105.0% (for Cu 2+ ) and 97.5% (for Fe 3+ ). The proposed method has the special feature of simplicity, high sensitivity and good selectivity.
