摘要 研究以表面活性剂OP作增感剂 ,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量钙的方法 .试验发现OP的加入可使吸光度增加 70 % ,分析灵敏度得到提高。同时 ,以 0 .5mg·ml- 1钾、6 .0mg·ml- 1镧盐及 2 .0mg·ml- 18 羟基喹啉作消电离剂、释放剂和保护剂消除基体物质的干扰。据此建立了标准加入法直接测定铝酸钠溶液中微量钙的分析方法。其线性范围为 0~ 7.5mg·L- 1,灵敏度为 0 .0 5mg·L- 1/ 1%。方法灵敏度高 ,操作简便 。 A method for the determination of microamounts of calcium by FAAS with OP as sensitizer is reported in this paper. It is found that the absorption is increased by 70 percent and hence analytical sensibility is improved when OP is added. The matrix interferences can be eliminated by 0.5mg·ml -1 of potassium salt, 6.0mg·ml -1 of lanthanum salt and 2.0mg·ml -1 of 8-quinolinol as deionization reagent, liberating reagent and protecting reagent respectively. The method for the determination of microamounts of calcium in sodium aluminate solution by the standard addition method is proposed. The linear relationship between calcium concentrations and absorbances holds over the range 0~7.5mg of Ca 2+ per liter. The senisitivity of the method is found to be 0.05mg per liter for an absorbance of 1%. This new method is proved to be sensitive and convenient.
