摘要
对目前国内外普遍采用的超氧化物歧化酶邻苯三酚测活法 (Marklund法 )进行了系统研究。实验表明 ,该测活体系中缓冲溶液的介质组成、浓度、pH及所含的EDTA量等均对体系测活灵敏度有显著影响。根据条件优选实验 ,提出了改进新体系 ,改良后的新方法的测活灵敏度较经典法提高65 5%
The international popular method of SOD activity assay was studied systematically in this paper. The results indicate that the constituents and concentration of the buffer、pH and EDTA concentration etc. all have great effects on the sensitivity of the system. According to the investigation on optimum condition, a new assay method of SOD activity was given finally. The sensitivity of the improved system is 65.5% higher than the classical one.
