摘要
闪光釉的特征是对入射光有金属镜面般的反射 ,研究表明 ,这种反射是由釉中以 (2 0 0 )晶面平行于釉面的CeO2 晶粒造成的 ,晶粒的取向程度越高反射越强。闪光釉的闪光效果可用晶粒取向度F来表征。制备工艺对F影响强烈。本工艺条件下 ,CeO2 质量分数为 6 %~ 8%、熔制温度 135 0℃、保温 2 0~ 30min ,获得F为 6 0
The optical characteristic of the glisten glazes is having metal-like mirror reflection of the incident light. It has been shown that the reflection is caused by CeO 2 grains in the glaze. The CeO 2 grains are preferentially oriented with (200) face parallel to the surface of the glaze. The larger the orientation factors F , the stronger the mirror reflection. The magnitude of F is mainly controlled by two conditions of preparing processes, one is the quantity of CeO 2 grains, and another is the melting temperature of glaze. In this paper, samples of glisten glaze with very strong reflection( F =60%)were prepared.
