摘要
金属卟啉连接到一些特殊基团如寡聚核苷酸、蛋白肽链、吖啶等上时 ,可达到对 DNA的定位断裂 ,这在核酸探针及抗癌剂的设计中具有重要的作用。本文就近年来国内外在金属卟啉对 DNA的定位识别及在 Ph IO、KHSO5、O2 /还原剂等存在下 ,对 DNA定位氧化断裂等方面的研究进展进行了综述 。
Metalloporphyrin as a site-sequence specific cleavage agent of nucleic acids plays an important role in the design of structural probes and therapeutic agents. Metalloporphyrins linked to the special groups (oligonucleotides, peptides, acridine etc.) can cleave the DNA in a sequence specific ways in the presence of oxidants, which will have a potential application in molecular biology. This article reviews the design, synthesis and oxidation properties of various metalloporphyrin-related cleavage agents in recent years.
