摘要
分子结构为 (C8~ 1 0 H1 7~ 2 1 ) 3N+ CH3Cl-的季铵盐 (A-1 )经实验证明是合成扁桃酸的一种优良的相转移催化剂 ,其催化活性要优于其它短碳链的季铵盐和聚乙二醇。使用季铵盐 A-1 ,扁桃酸收率可达 92 %。季铵盐 A-1在分离过程中不乳化 ,使产物易于分离纯化 ,还可循环使用 。
The synthesis of mandelic acid using quaternary ammonium salt A 1 was discussed. The catalytic activity of A 1,(C 8~10 H 17~21 ) 3N +CH 3Cl -, is better than that of some other short chain alkyl quaternary ammonium salts and polyethylene glycol. A 1 is not emulsive in separation and purification and can be recycled, which will make the separation and purification easier, and raise the yield. By using quaternary ammonium salt A 1, the yield of mandelic acid was 92%.
