甲基丙烯酸-4-羟基孔雀绿酯的合成及其共聚物的研究

摘要 合成了甲基丙烯酸 - 4-羟基孔雀绿酯并用傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱、核磁共振谱、元素分析以及TGA -DTA分析对该化合物进行了表征 ,证明了其结构。将该单体与丙烯酸乙酯共聚 ,并用UV -Vis证明了该单体与丙烯酸酯类进行自由基共聚的可能性。另外 ,将该单体与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚 ,成功地将该单体引入聚合物中。用TGA对聚合物的稳定性进行了研究 ,用DSC对聚合物的热转变进行了分析 ,聚合物的Tg 由均聚物的 96℃上升到 4.1 %CPMMA的 1 0 8℃。对 4.1 %CPMMA的水解性能也进行了初步的研究 。 A new kind of organic compound, α,α' Bis[p (dimethylamino) phenyl] p cresol methacrylate, was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, TGA-DTA and EA. It's m.p. is 100-102 ℃ and it's structure was proved by 1H-NMR and EA. It's copolymer with ethyl acrylate was also synthesized by radical copolymerization, which was characterized by UV-Vis. A series of it's coplymers with methyl methacrylate were also synthesized by radical copolymerization. Then, the glass transition temperatures and thermal stability of the copolymers were determined by DSC and TGA. The hydrolysis properties of the copolymers were also studied and the results showed that the hydrolytic rate is very low.
