摘要
采用插层聚合方法制备了线性酚醛树脂 /有机改性蒙脱土纳米复合材料 ,研究了不同的搅拌时间和配比对有机改性蒙脱土分散效果的影响 ,并用X射线小角衍射 (XRD)和透射电子显微镜 (TEM )测得其微观结构。热重分析 (TG)测试表明 。
Phenolic resin/montmorillonite nanocomposites can be prepared by intercalation polymerization. The effect of the difference time and content on montmorillonite in phenolic resin was researched. Its structure was studied with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the transmission electron micrograph (TEM). The results of thermogravimetry show that the heat-resistance of phenolic resin/montmorillonite nanocomposites is still better than phenolic resin.
