摘要
计算了圆弧圆柱蜗杆传动在不同的蜗杆转角下的中心膜厚和最小膜厚。计算结果表明 :蜗杆在啮入端润滑状况较好 ,容易形成润滑油膜。随着圆弧圆柱蜗杆啮合特性角 β的增大 ,平均膜厚减小 。
Minimal film thickness and central film thickness of arc cylindrical worm drive were calculated under different rotation angle. The result of calculation shows clearly that lubrication status is better during starting engagement and oil film is easy formed . The average film thickness is thinner and lubrication status is worse when meshing characteristic angle β of arc cylindrical worm becomes bigger.
