摘要
虚拟仪器技术是虚拟测试技术和计算机自动测试技术发展的结果 ,是目前自动测试技术及测量仪器与系统的重要发展方向。介绍了基于总线技术的虚拟仪器技术的研究现状 ,对虚拟仪器技术的硬件平台和软件平台进行了较全面地综述 。
Virtual instrument technology combined with virtual test technology and computer automated test technology is a very important developing way of the current automated test technology and its system. The current research of virtual integrated test and virtual instrument technology based on computer bus, and its hardware and software are described. The further developments of this new technology are discussed also.
