摘要
采用丙烯酸酯橡胶 (ACR)、纳米级CaCO3 对聚氯乙烯 (PVC)进行增韧改性 ,并对该体系的断裂面形貌和加工流变性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,纳米级CaCO3 能进一步改善PVC/ACR共混合金的冲击性能 ;其加工流变性能不仅没有降低 。
The improvement of impact strength of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) by the way of blending with acylic rubber(ACR) and nanometer CaCO3 was discussed. The fractured surface and processing rheology property were also analysed. Results show that the nanometer CaCO3 can further improve the impact strength of PVC/ACR blend and the rheology property of the system.
