摘要 以铜盐为催化剂 ,空气为氧化剂 ,在 1,10 -菲咯啉和肼二甲酸二乙酯存在下由邻硝基苯甲醇氧化制得邻硝基苯甲醛 ,反应条件温和 ,无环境污染问题 ,收率较现行的稀硝酸氧化工艺高 10 % ,原材料成本显著降低 ,有工业应用前景。 A novel process was proposed for oxidizing 2-Nitro benzyl alcohol to the corresponding aldehyde in high yield via copper-catalyzed air oxidation in the presence of 1,10-phenanthroline and hydrazine dicarboxylic acid diethyl ester was described in this paper. It was experimentally demonstrated that the proposed process has several advantages, and is a safe, mild, low cost and waste free procedure for the preparation of aldehydes. Effects of factors on the reaction process and reaction mechanisms were discussed.
