摘要
固定床电化学反应器内间接电化学氧化呋喃制备 2 ,5 -二甲氧基二氢呋喃的过程进行了研究 ,确定了电解条件及产品的分离与提纯工艺。研究表明 ,在操作温度为 0~ 5℃的反应系统中 ,操作槽电压为 4.0~ 6 .0V,反应表观电流密度≥ 2 0 0 0 A/ m2 ,产品收率≥ 90 % ,电流效率≥ 90 % ,能耗 (直流电 )≤ 3.0 kwh/
An indirect electrochemical preparation of 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran from furan in a packed bed electrochemical reactor was described. The experimental results showed that the current efficiency was more than 90%, the product yield was more than 90% and the electric energy consumption was less than 3.0kwh/kg product under the optimized operating conditions such as 0°C [similar to] 5°C reaction temperature, 4.0V [similar to] 6.0V electrolysis voltage and more than 2000A/m2 operating current density.
