SPSR法测定园柱状催化剂有效扩散系数

摘要 建立了SPSR动态法测定园柱状KD30 6型耐硫甲烷化催化剂有效扩散系数的实验流程 ,采用开发的计算机取样系统 ,测试了He N2 、Ar N2 体系的脉冲实验。基于SPSR法原理 ,分别运用线性化和参数估值的方法处理实验数据 ,结果吻合较好。研究表明 ,该催化剂的曲折因子为 7. An experimental flowsheet of effective diffusivity measurement for KD306 type sulfur tolerant methanation cylindrical catalyst through “Single Pellet String Reactor” technique has been established. Based on the computer sampling system developed by ourselves, the impulse runs with He N 2 and Ar N 2 were investigated. According to the principle of SPSR method, the experimental data were processed by linearity processing and parameter estimation respectively. The results of linearity processing are in good agreement with the solutions of parameter estimation method. The most reasonable value of tortuosity factor for KD306 type catalyst is 7.2.
