柞蚕剖腹卵辐照保鲜的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究采用^(60)Co—γ射线对人工繁殖赤眼蜂的寄主——柞蚕剖腹卵保鲜做了辐照剂量、辐照前处理和包装材料的试验。辐照剂量试验表明,在供试贮藏条件下,不经处理的柞蚕剖腹卵全部腐败,不能繁蜂。不同处理间有一部分差异显著。辐照前处理试验表明:2—1处理与只辐照不进行处理比较差异显著。c—1型包装材料辐照后不易再污染。经过辐照前处理,用c—1型材料包装后,最佳辐照剂量处理在5℃条件下贮藏30d,又在25℃条件下贮藏15d,进行繁蜂检查寄生率与新鲜卵比较差异不显著。
