利用杂种优势生产鹅肥肝

THE PRODUCTION OF GOOSE FATLIVER BY USING HYBRIDIZATION

本文用狮头鹅一代杂种和湖南溆浦灰鹅、白鹅作父本与吉林省本地鹅杂交筛选肥肝鹅的最优杂交组合。4个杂交组合试验结果表明:(狮头鹅一代杂种)F_1×(狮头鹅一代杂种)F_2,溆浦灰鹅×本地鹅的2个杂交组合,肥肝水平显著高于对照组(本地×本地)(P<0.01);F_1×F_1组合显著高于溆浦白鹅×本地;(P<0.05);F_1×本地与本地×本地间差异不显著。

This; paper reports on the selection of the best hybridized combination by using Shitou(F1'), Hurian Xiupu grey and white goose and Jilin local goose. The results showed that both hybridizations of Shitou Ft X Shitou Fj and Hunan'Xiupu grey X Jilih local were better than the controKJilin localX Jilin local)(p<0.01). And Shitou Fj X Shitou Fj X Shitou F, was also better than Xiupu white X Jilin local (p<0.05). No significant differences existed between the hybridization of Shitou Ft X Jilin local and that between Jilin locals.
