摘要
本实验利用更生霉素诱发蚕豆染色体畸变,实验结果表明:更生霉素诱发蚕豆染色体畸变的频率高于EMS处理,具有较强的诱变作用。
In the present study, the primary roots of broad bean(Ticta faba) have been used to study the effect of Gengsengmycin on induction of chromosome aberrations. The result indicated that the frequency of chromosome aberration treated with Gengsengmycin was higher than that of EMS. It suggested that Gengsengmycin could be used as a new chemical mutagen to higher plants.
