摘要 本文对桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC)的小孢子发生和雄配子体发育进行了较为系统的研究,主要结果:桔梗花药为四分孢子囊。孢原单列多细胞。花药壁共五层,其发育为双子叶型。异形腺质绒毡层,其细胞为双核。小孢子母细胞减数分裂中的胞质分裂为同时型。四分体排列为四面体型。成熟花粉粒为二细胞型。 This paper studies microsporgeenesis and the development of male gatetophyte of platycodon grandiflarum A. DC. The main results are fallowings. The anther, is tetrasporangium, having many hypodermal archesporial cells. The anther wall consists of five layers. Its development follows the discotyledonous type. Heteromorphic tapetum is secretory type. Its cell is binucleate. Meiosis of the microspore mother cells was accompanied by simultaneous cytokinesis, and resulting in tetrahedral tetrad. The mature pollen grains are 2- -celled type.
