摘要
研究了镨 (Pr)对青虾 (Macrobrachiumnipponense)卵子孵化出氵蚤状幼体的影响 ,结果表明 :Pr3 + 的最佳质量浓度为 0 4~ 1 6mg/L ,可提高孵化率 12 4%~ 2 0 3%。青虾卵子对Pr3 + 的饱和吸收量为 9 2 μg/粒 ,饱和吸收率为 36 8%。
Effect of prascodymium on egg hatching of Macrobrachium nipponense was studied.The optimum concentrations of Pr 3+ are 0 4 mg/L~1 6 mg/L The egg hatching rates are raised by 12 4 %~20 3 % The development of the egg embryo is promoted by the absorbed praseodymium from water.The absorption capacity of egg for praseodymium is 9 2 ug /invidual.
