摘要
1999～2000年进行了三疣梭子蟹生产性人工育苗试验。2000年共育出仔蟹188.5万只,平均成活率6.35％。其中第一茬成活率为3.19％,第二茬为11.81％;平均单位水体出苗量为2945只/m^3,其中第一茬为1876只/m^3,第三茬为4013只/m^3。
The artificial seed rearing experiment of swimming crab, Portunus trituberculatus, in commercial scale were carried out in 1999 to 2000. A total of 1885000 juveniles were breeded in 2000. with an average survival rate of 6. 35%, of which the survival rate in the first crop was 3. 19%, the second crop 11.81%. The seedling of average unit water body was 2945 individuals/m3, with the first crop was 1876 individuals/m3 and the second 4013 individuals/m3.
