大豆子粒中蛋白质和脂肪含量的遗传变异

摘要 利用高脂肪的小金黄1号与3个高蛋白质的吉林省地方品种进行正反交,配制了6个组合。通过对各组合亲本、F_1 F_2代的分析表明,蛋白质含量在F_1代为负向优势,脂肪含量为正向优势;蛋白质和脂肪含量的细胞质效应是明显存在的;在F_2代蛋白质和脂肪含量具有广泛的超亲现象,分布呈正态的连续性分布;蛋白质和脂肪含量的遗传力为中等或较高。 Three pairs of reciprocal crosses of Xiaojinhuang No.1o with Dalihei, Heipiqing and Heimoshidou were analysedfor thecontents ofoiland protein in seeds of parents,F_1 andF_2 generations.Theresults have been taken as follows:In F_1's, protein contents showednegative heterosis and oil contents possitive. The cytoplasmic inheritance of oil and protein contents were observed obviously. Each of quality characters was not only controlled by additive genes butalsopartialdominantand epistatic dominantgenes. Theheritability of quality characterswere moderate or higher.
