21世纪是一个以网络计算机和知识经济为核心的信息时代。数字化、网络化与信息化是 2 1世纪的时代特征。目前 ,经济全球化与网络化已成为一种潮流 ,它正影响着社会生产方式、人们的生活方式 ,同样也在改变着传统的经贸交易方式。中国的电子商务应该怎样发展 ?我们要认识到发展电子商务的必要性 ,解决当前急需解决的关键问题 ,并采取相应的策略举措 。
century is an info era that is based on network computer and knowledge economy. Digitalization, networking and informationalization are the symbol of 21 century. Recently, there is a tendency of economic globalization and networking, which is influencing the ways of social production and people's life style, as well as the pattern of traditional transaction. How to develop e commerce in China? We must get a clear understanding of the necessity of the e commerce development, taking corresponding measures to solve the critical problem, analyzing and exploring the road to success in China.
