摘要
从“协同学”和“耗散结构”理论审度转型期社会文化心态的运动演化 ,会发现有一种内在本质的联系 ,即社会文化心态系统内各个要素具有相互作用、相互制约的机制 ,在与外部环境不断进行信息、能量和物质交换的条件下 ,能够进行自组织 ,使某些要素的变化得到强化、得到抑制 ,从而改善、理顺各个要素之间的关系 ,使之趋于有序化。社会文化心态演化发展的这种无序———重组———有序的规律性 ,称为有序重组规律。掌握这一规律 ,对加速和优化新的社会文化心态系统的建立 ,将会最有效发挥社会文化心态的正值效应。
An inherent and essential connection will be found after researching the evolution in the converting period of the social cultural psyche from the angle of the theories of Cooperation Study and wearing-off- structure. That is, each and every factor in the social and psychological system exits correlatively and inter-restrictively. With the exchanges of message, energy, and substance in the surrounding environment, these factors are able to organize automatically and make the changes of some factors strengthened or restricted, thus to make the relationships among these factors improved, bettered and orderly. This disorder-reorganization-order evolution rule is called orderly reorganization law. It will have a positive social cultural psychological effect for the speeding up and improvement of the founding of the new social cultural psyche system to master this principle.
