摘要
当前 ,高校的德育工作已呈现出诸多的困惑和不适 ,究其原因 ,除学生思想复杂、多元化等外因之外 ,我们应反思我们一贯的工作方式和方法 ,存在着内容上“重大德、轻小节”、手段上“重管制、轻教化”、制度上机械化等偏差。我们的对策 :一是以人为本 ,从人格养成做起 ;二是由管制转向教化 ;三是注重教师的“人师”
There are a lot of difficulties and inappropriateness in the moral education management in colleges and universities recently. The reason is not only from the students' plural and complicated thoughts but also from our moral education workers. We should introspect our consistent measures and methods containing the deviations like 'emphasizing moral quality, ignoring daily behavours' in its contents, 'emphasizing control, ignoring instructions' in its methods. Our countermeasures are: firstly emphasizing humanism, beginning from personality training; secondly changing the methods from controlling to instruction; thirdly attaching importance to the function of teachers' models. [
