致力于构建业务外包战略的框架和依据,并尝试对电子制造服务的具体实施措施做出分析,力求圆满地协调经济性、控制力、灵活性、组织能力培养等战略利益的关系。
This paper tries to establish a framework and foundation for outsourcing strategies. It also attempts a study of the specific measures to implement electronics manufacturing services with a view to perfectly coordinating the relations with strategic benefits such as efficiency of the economy, control of business process, flexibility of business activities, and cultivation of organizational abilities.
