中国弯颈霉ZN92 3菌株在以葡萄糖、蛋白胨为主要原料的液体培养基中发酵培养 ,发酵液用等体积乙酸乙酯萃取 ,无水NaSO4 脱水 ,减压浓缩获粗提品 ,经紫外光谱、高效液相色谱、硅胶G薄层层析以及拮抗试验 。

T sinense ZN 923 strains were cultured by fermentation in the liquid medium containing sugar and peptone,the fermentation solution were extracted with the same volume of ethyl acetate and dehydrated with sodium sulfate(Na 2SO 4),then concentracted under low pressure into a crude extract.It consisted of Ciclosporin judged by ultraviolet absorption spectrum,high performance liquid chromatography,silica gel G thin layer chromatography and antagonism test.
