从总结产学研联合的实践经验和研究产学研联合的发展现状出发 ,阐述了产学研联合有效运行的结合机制、动力机制、管理机制和约束机制 .
By summarizing the practical experience and researching the development of present situation of enterprises universities researches union,the effective operational mechanism of it is discussed.As reference,it is only for department of management and practical enterprises etc.
