摘要
研究了在密封条件下微波皂化返滴定法测定白酒中总酯的各种影响因素 ,建立了快速测定白酒中总酯的新方法。微波功率为中档 ( 4 0 0 W) ,皂化时间为5min。用于 3种香型白酒样品中总酯的测定 ,RSD≤ 2 .6% ,加标回收率为96.1 %~ 1 0 5.9%。
A new method was established to determine the total ester in distilled spirit based on adding alkali microwave saponification back titration. The microwave power was at 400W,and the time of saponification was 5 min. The determination results of total ester in three fragrant types of distilled spirit show that the RSD≤2 6% and the recoveries are in the range of 96 1%~106%
