摘要
将恒电流电解法与流动注射技术相结合 ,在线电解定量产生不稳定化学发光试剂 Mn( ) ,基于 Mn( )能直接氧化氨基比林产生化学发光 ,建立了流动注射电化学发光测定氨基比林的新方法。在优化的实验条件下 ,测定氨基比林的线性范围为 5.0× 1 0 -7~ 1 .0× 1 0 -4 g/m L ,相关系数为 0 .9996,方法的检出限为 2 .0× 1 0 -7g/m L,相对标准偏差 r=2 .1 % ( 1 .0× 1 0 -5g/m L,n=1 1 )。该方法已应用于针剂、片剂中氨基比林的测定。
A novel flow injection chemiluminescence method for determination of amidopyrine based on a chemiluminescence reaction between amidopyrine and Mn(Ⅲ) was reported. The Mn(Ⅲ) was generated from the solution of MnSO 4 by constant current electrolysis on line. The linear range for determination of amidopyrine is from 5×10 -7 to 1×10 -4 g·mL -1 with detection limit of 2×10 -7 g·mL -1 . The relative standard deviation was 2.1%. The method was applied to the determination of amidopyrine in antogding injections and tablets with satisfactory results.
