Determination of norfloxacin by flow injection on line filtration dilution AAS

提出了流动注射在线过滤稀释原子吸收法测定诺氟沙星的新方法。药物浓度在 0 .1～ 0 .8mg/m L范围符合比耳定律 ,回收率为 97.9%～ 1 0 2 .4% ,相对标准偏差为 1 .7%。方法可用于诺氟沙星胶囊测定。

A simple, rapid and high selective method for determination of norfloxacin was developed. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration ranges 0.1～0.8 mg/mL for norfloxacin. The recovery of the method is 97.9%～102.4% with RSD of less than 1.7%. The method was used in the assay of norfloxaci capsule.
