摘要
利用聚合物法通过熔融缩聚直接合成了可降解的 PET/PEG共聚物 ,通过红外光谱、色质联用分析对聚合反应机理进行了研究 ,讨论了聚合条件对聚合物分子量的影响 。
A polymeric method was proposed to synthesize a degradable PET/PEG block copolymer. The reaction mechanism was deduced according to the FTIR and GC MS spectra analysis. The effect of reaction conditions on the product molecular weight was studied, and in vitro degradation of the copolymer was determined.
